Reserve a study space at the WSU Health Sciences Library

PLEASE NOTE: We have updated the room booking process to require you to verify your booking by email within 30 minutes of booking the space. This is to ensure the email address used is a valid WSU account, and to prevent unaffiliated users from being able to book space. When you have booked the space you would like to use, please go to your email and click the verification link provided in the confirmation email. 

Study rooms may only be used by current WSU students, staff, or faculty. Students affiliated with Eastern Washington University may not book study rooms at the WSU Health Sciences Library.

Please note that the library is open 24/7 for students who are currently enrolled in classes on the WSU Health Sciences Spokane campus. To access the library during our non-staffed hours, use your ID card to tap into the Library's main doors (2nd floor Spokane Academic Building). Each visitor must use their own card to tap into the Library to ensure the safety of our facility. This includes both WSU and EWU students who have classes on the WSU Health Sciences Spokane campus (this does not include EWU students with classes in the Catalyst building). 

If you need any Library services such as checking out books or research assistance, or if you do not qualify for 24/7 access, please schedule your visit during our standard business hours. During the semester, we are open Monday - Friday, 7:30am - 5pm. 

Select a reservation time from the table below. You can reserve a specific room in blocks of 30 minutes up to two hours. Reservations can be made up to 14 days in advance, and you can reserve space up to seven (7) times per week.
